CampZa Technologies Private Limited ("CampZa", "we", "our", or "us") operates the CampZa School Management Platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application and web platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: Phone number, name, and role (admin, teacher, parent) provided during registration.
School data: Student records, attendance, marks, homework, fees, and timetable data entered by school administrators and teachers.
Usage data: App usage logs, device type, and operating system for troubleshooting and improvement.
Communications: Messages sent within the platform between school staff and parents.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate and provide the CampZa platform to your school.
To send notifications about attendance, homework, fees, and school announcements.
To process fee payments through our payment partner (Razorpay).
To improve the app and diagnose technical issues.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Your school: Administrators and teachers at your school can access relevant student and parent data.
Service providers: Firebase (Google) for hosting and authentication; Razorpay for payment processing; MSG91 for SMS delivery.
Legal authorities: When required by law.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure (Mumbai region). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access controls.

5. Children's Privacy

CampZa is a school management tool. Student data is managed by schools and parents, not directly collected from children. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at privacy@campza.in. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. See our Account Deletion page for details.

7. Advertising ID

CampZa does not use the Android Advertising ID or any advertising SDKs. We do not serve ads within the app.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
